Aimed at classical ballet teachers, the ten-day online course focuses on teaching the renowned methodology of the Russian dancer and pedagogue Agrippina Vaganova (1879-1951). Private lessons with Vaganova methodology
The online classes use the renowned methodology of the Russian dancer and teacher (1879-1951) Agrippina Vaganova, who proposes learning gradually and emphasizes body awareness in each movement. Places limited to ten students per class. Offers international certification.
The Vaganova methodology uses the fluidity and expressiveness of the arms and torsos of the French method and the virtuous spins and jumps of the Italian method, with a well-planned study. Among the peculiarities are the development of strength in the lower back, the plasticity of the arms and the development of strength, flexibility and expressiveness necessary for the study of ballet.

Class material
• A ballet chair or bar
• Minimum space that allows you to move freely.
• Check by lifting your legs in front, side and back and make sure not to touch the walls or anything else.
• Wear comfortable clothes if you don't have ballet tights, socks or soft ballet shoes.
• Classes are held by the Zoom platform, lasting 1.5 hours.

Mentoring for dance competitions and auditions
Ballerina, choreographer and dance teacher Luiza Bandeira lends her experience of 30 years in an individualized mentoring program for the technical and stylistic development of students who seek to improve their performance in dance competitions and auditions in renowned dance companies and schools.
The choice of mentoring in the preparation of a dancer to participate in auditions in international schools must be made with great discretion because this defines to a great extent the results achieved. It is not the purpose of this mentoring to replace classes. The purpose of online mentoring classes is to offer extra support to the dancer who is already taking classes at a professional school.
In these classes, alignments, directions, flexibility, agility, quality of movement execution, pointe work for girls, combinations of exercises that are required in auditions, among other important requirements, will be worked on.
Mentoring offers an individualized approach, attentive to the needs, deficiencies and potential of the dancer.
